This app contains simple instructions on how to learn and how to employ Deep Breathing. The app contains a brief demonstration video that shows you how to test your own breathing and how to breathe from your diaphragm. There is also a brief audio that paces your breathing for you. This audio can be used repeatedly throughout the day.

Doing Relaxation Exercises is like taking a mini-vacation, whenever and wherever you wish! I have seen stressed, anxiety-ridden clients become completely relaxed and at ease using Relaxation Exercises in my office. Now, you can experience this rest and peacefulness in your own home with this app.

There is a discussion of various emotional and physical symptoms and triggers: Emotional symptoms such as anxiety, fear, and irritability; Physical symptoms such as heart palpitations dizziness, and muscle tightness; Thought Patterns such as worries, pessimistic thinking, and self-demeaning thoughts.

The app also contains a journal which allows you to record your symptoms and to rate their severity before, and then after you practice the Relaxation Exercises. Relaxation Exercises are explained. They have three parts: Progressive Relaxation (muscle tensing and relaxation), Deep Breathing, and Imaging (using the imagination to mentally place oneself into a relaxing and safe place). The app includes how-to videos for the Relaxation Exercises, with written directions as to how to practice the Relaxation Exercises over time.
